Welcome
I’m Joanna, a qualified mental health professional with an MSc in Mental Health and extensive experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges.

Are you unsure of your next steps? Perhaps you’re feeling anxious, stuck, or overwhelmed, and wondering whether therapy could help.

I specialise in Single-Session Therapy, which offers immediate clarity and practical tools for managing life’s challenges—without the commitment of ongoing sessions. However, if you feel that ongoing support is more beneficial, I also provide longer-term therapy tailored to your needs.

I will help you explore your concerns, gain insight, and develop practical strategies to move forward. Whether you’re navigating daily struggles, seeking solutions to life’s obstacles, or simply looking for a space to be heard, I’m here to support you.

My practice integrates person-centred counselling, cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), and coaching techniques, ensuring that the support you receive is tailored to your unique needs, preferences, and goals.

I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health, am qualified in both person-centred and cognitive-behavioural therapy, and am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
