Single Session Therapy (SST), also known as One-Plus Therapy, is a flexible approach designed to offer meaningful support in just one session, with the option for follow-up if needed. Whether you're looking for a solution to a specific issue or simply a safe, non-judgmental space to share your feelings, this method can meet you where you are.

 

Once you decide to have SST, we will schedule your appointment and I will send you a contract to sign. Before the session I will send you a pre-session questionnaire. While completing this is optional, it is designed to help you reflect on what you want from the session, making it easier for you to get the most out of our time together. Sharing it with me beforehand also helps me prepare so that I can support you in the best way possible.

 

At the start of the session, I will help you clarify what you would like to focus on, whether that is finding a solution to an issue or simply having the space to express yourself. My role is to guide you, ensuring that whatever your goal, we stay on track and that you feel supported. If you are seeking a solution, we will explore options together and create a plan that feels right for you. If you are here to process feelings, I will be there to listen and offer a compassionate, understanding space.

 

SST is designed to be flexible and responsive to your needs—whether you want to find clarity, solutions, or simply feel understood. The session is yours to shape, and I am here to help guide you through it.
